About Ms. Powers Norrell-

Mandy Powers Norrell is an American Lawyer and politician. Licensed to practice in both North Carolina and South Carolina, she is a partner with her husband Mitch in their Law firm Norell and Powers, LLC in Lancaster, SC.
Mandy is a former Democratic Candidate for Lt.
Governor in 2018.
A former member of the state of South Carolina House of Representative from 2013-2019, Mandy represented SC
House district 44 which consists of the southern part of Lancaster County.
Prior to serving in SC House, Mandy served as city of Lancaster Attorney from 1999-2012 and town attorney for Kershaw, SC 2010 - 2012.
Mandy graduated cum laude from Furman University in 1995 with a B.A. degree. She graduated with her Juris Doctorate degree from University of South Carolina, school of Law in 1997, cum laude, order of coif, and order of the Wig and Robe.
Mandy resides in Lancaster, SC with her husband Mitch and two young adult children.
